Vi invitiamo al massimo e coscienzioso rispetto delle regole di distanziamento sociale e all’uso della mascherina, se vicini ad altre persone e in luoghi affollati, anche all’aperto.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL CONTAINING TICKETS AND RECEIPT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PURCHASE: Check your e-mail address and/or in the PROMOTIONS-PUBLICATIONS section of your e-mail browser. After a successful purchase, the system immediately generates and sends an email containing PDF attachments with: receipt and the ticket(s) purchased NB! > to the email address you entered during registration..
On some mail browsers, it may happen that the email ends up in SPAM. If you don’t find the email with the ticket there either, don’t panic contact us; we will check and, if necessary, resend it.
1.1 – Or, During registration, you may have entered an invalid or misspelled email. Especially if you registered with a social (which we do not recommend, because you need to be sure that you have current access to the email address that the social uses for registration; it may be out of date). If the purchase has been made correctly, you will have to prove your identity in order to avoid possible homonyms, before we can send you the ticket(s). In this case contact us.
Go to your web shop account > MY ACCOUNT > Order history > Order details >:
Select the order > Order details, then click on the DOWNLOAD TICKETS button (we suggest the compact PDF):
Check the message in PAGMENTS > Status:
> GREEN MESSAGE – with message “Completed” indicates that everything is OK and the operation was successful; you will then receive the tickets immediately by email.
ORANGE MESSAGE – indicates an alert or an anomaly in the purchasing process; please wait for a while and/or repeat the operation, for example if you see the message: PAYMENT IN PROGRESS. In most cases, this message indicates that the operation was NOT successful. Our suggestion is to cancel everything and repeat the operation again. In this case, don’t worry, no withdrawal has been made to your card! Withdrawals are only made once the operation has been completed (green message completed).
RED MESSAGE – there were problems with the payment. In this case, contact your bank, or you had problems during the payment process and it was rejected and you have to repeat it. Our advice is to repeat the purchase process from scratch, paying attention to the validation codes that you will receive on your smartphone.
No, people of any age under 120 cm tall are not allowed to enter! This rule is dependent on the length of the anchorage lounge on the safety lifeline. However, a child may be eligible for the technical aid even with a slightly shorter stature. We recommend that you do not purchase the ticket in advance and that you ask the operators at the bridge to carry out this technical verification-measurement on the person; if it is found to be suitable, you can only purchase the ticket online or on site afterwards. There is NO refund.
This access restriction also applies to infants and all children under the minimum height, who are NOT allowed on the Tibetan Bridge, NOR if they are carried by their parents in a backpack or baby carrier. The regulations prohibit this for safety reasons.
People with a waist size greater than 120 cm and/or a thigh size greater than 66 cm may not access the Tibetan bridge! This is the maximum size limit allowed by the safety harness.
Check these parameters carefully BEFORE you buy your ticket! .
The time slot is to be understood as access from > to..
For example, if you have chosen the time slot from 9:00 to 11:59 you will be able to access the turnstiles within this time slot.
The same applies to the other two time slots. At 17:59, for those who have chosen this time slot, the turnstile will block the last access to the bridge.
The number in the red box on the right indicates the number of tickets still available for the specific time slot.
NO, there are conditions, such as weather conditions, which for safety reasons may cause our organisation to temporarily close the facility. For example: high winds, a thunderstorm, snow, or any other general safety cause not listed here.
Attention: In order to ensure general safety, this decision may also be taken at the last moment and without prior notice!
NO. Access to the Tibetan bridge with open footwear, as listed below, is not permitted:
PROHIBITED FOOTWEAR
SUITABLE FOOTWEAR
The footwear must be of the closed type, with laces or with a buckle/heel support and must have a non-slip rubber sole. They should ensure maximum stability and grip when walking. Gymnastic and/or trekking shoes are ideal and strongly recommended. Please also bear in mind that the return path is cobbled.
Attention: if you show up with inappropriate footwear, you will NOT be able to access the attractor!
No, animals of any breed or size are not allowed! If you have an animal in tow, it may NOT be left unattended on site.
The purchased ticket is NOT refundable and is valid ONLY for the date and time slot chosen at the time of purchase.
The reservation made for a specific date or time slot is NOT editable by default.
No, it is only necessary to be present at the time chosen at the time of purchase. The electronic turnstiles provide computerised access control.
You will all need to purchase tickets for the same date and time slot, even if you do not purchase the tickets in the same way. Stay together and report to the turnstiles together.
No, it is compulsory to use the safety aids provided by our organisation once you have entered the turnstiles. The rental fee is included in the ticket price.
Opening hours vary according to season.
In the summer period, the first entry is at 09:00 a.m. and the last one by 5:59 p.m. (after this time, the turnstiles automatically prevent further access).
NO, it is forbidden for minors to use the bridge unless expressly accompanied and in the presence of their parent. This means that the parent must necessarily cross the bridge with their child, if they are a minor.
You can print out and take with you the ticket voucher you received by email after purchase and insert the QR-code in front of the turnstile scanner. Or, if you are an ecologist and don’t want to waste paper, open the PDF of the voucher with your smartphone, manually click on the QR code and it will enlarge. You can then read it at the turnstile scanner using your smartphone.
Travel is not recommended and should be weighed up:
Trained staff and specialised mountain rescue workers are present at the Tibetan bridge to provide the necessary assistance in case of need.
The average time to cross the Tibetan bridge is 45 to 60 minutes. The return trip takes about 30 minutes along a dirt and gravel road (about 900m) with ups and downs that leads back to the starting point. At the end of the bridge, you pass through the exit turnstile and the technical staff retrieve the safety aids.
It should be noted that clothing varies according to the season.
NO, at the moment there are NO active discounts or conventions with organisations or for particular categories of people.
EU Regulation 2020/746 – Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (SAPRs)
On 31 December 2020, the new Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/746 officially entered into force, amending the previous Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 on Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (SAPR), more commonly known as Drones.
In fact, the National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC), announced via an official statement that as of 31 December 2020, national regulations on operations with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) have lapsed, transferring much of the regulation under the responsibility of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
The Regulation came into force six months later than the previous announced date (1 July 2020), due to measures taken to contain the pandemic brought about by Covid-19.
If you are applying to us for permission to fly with SAPRs (drones) you will have to comply in full with the above-mentioned Regulation.
If this EU regulation provides for a permit to fly over municipal airspace for the aircraft of the category and subcategory in your possession, you are obliged to act accordingly by submitting a specific request with a detailed justification..
If you fly a SAPR, the legislation stipulates that you must be familiar with this law in detail, without ignorance.
Caution: under no circumstances is overflying allowed in areas where there are crowds of people..
Mandatory insurance
The rule providing for compulsory insurance is valid for the national territory and was established by the Third ENAC Regulation in force since 15 December 2019.
In particular, Article 32 of the aforementioned regulation provides that “It is not permitted to conduct operations with a SAPR unless insurance concerning liability towards third parties, adequate for the purpose, has been taken out and is valid”.
